Then, slowly strolling via Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Pheriche, and Lobuche, you reach Everest Base Camp(5,364m) and Kala Patthar(5,545m). You take in the impressive experiences of the popular Everest Base Camp Trek. From the lush forests of Sagarmatha National Park, prayer flags dotted suspension bridges, lovely locals, to incredible mountains. With that, you also acclimate well to the Khumbu Region. That is when you will steer towards Island Peak on this incredible walk. You will retrace and find Island Peak Base Camp via Chukkung. Then, you will touch the glorious Island Peak’s summit by slowly climbing via iced terrain above glaciers and snow headwall using your mountaineering prowesses. You will complete the dream by playing with ropes, ascenders, and crampons. As a reward, you will encounter a mouth-opening Everest Panorama and joyful emotions. Following the successful ascent, you will return to the base camp and Lukla via Tengboche and Namche Bazaar. And one scenic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu will complete this whole trip.   • Day 05: Trek to Pheriche (4,280m)
  • Day 06: Acclimatization day in Pheriche and hike to Nagarjuna (5,000m)
  • Day 07: Trek to Lobuche (4,950m)
  • Day 08: Trek to Gorak Shep (5,160m) and hike to Everest Base Camp (5,545m)
  • Day 09: Morning visit of Kalapatthar and Trek to Dingboche
  • Day 10: Trek to Chukkang (4,760m)
  • Day 11: Trek to Island Peak Base Camp (5,100m)
  • Day 12: Climb Island Peak and return to Chhukung
  • Day 13: Trek back to Tengboche (3,860m)

What is Included

  • Fresh fruits every night after the dinner.
  • Trekking lodge (Tea House) accommodations during the trek.

  • A highly experienced, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, English-speaking, government-licensed trekking guide and climbing Sherpa, with all salary, food, drinks, accommodation, transport and insurance covered.
  • Strong, helpful porters with proper equipment (1 porter = two people), including salary, food, drinks, accommodation and insurance.
  • Comprehensive medical supplies (first aid kit).
  • Arrangement of emergency helicopter service (paid by your travel insurance company).
  • Use of sleeping bag, down jacket and walking poles (if you don’t have your own; to be returned after trip). Maintenance and washing charge: $10 USD per item.
  • Sherpa Walk Adventure T-shirt, cap and duffel bag.
  • Oximeter to check pulse, oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (useful for monitoring altitude sickness).
  • Assistant guide for groups above 6+ people.

What is Excluded

  • Airport pickup and drop for international flight arrival and departure.
  • Accommodation in Kathmandu.
  • Nepal entry visa ($50 USD for 30 days visa on arrival).
  • Travel and medical insurance.
  • International airfare.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Cold and hot drinks on trek, including desserts and sweet items purchased along the way or in tea houses.
  • Battery charging and hot showers at tea houses.
  • Personal climbing equipment (can be hired for $150 USD per person).
  • Tips for the guide, porter and driver (tipping is expected).
  • Excess baggage charges for more than 15kg on Lukla flights.
